Conowingo Dam MVC w/ Entrapment - Mutual Aide Assignment Assisting Water Witch

For the second day in a row, The Community Fire Company of Rising Sun responded on a motor vehicle collision with entrapment just before 4:30AM, this time assisting the Water Witch Volunteer Fire Company. Rescue 8 and Chief 8 assisted with a vehicle at the Conowingo dam that had gone through the guardrail, down an embankment and the driver was trapped. While clearing that emergency, CFCRS responded to a separate emergency for an electrical pole fire on Rock Springs Rd at New Bridge Rd.
